About Me

I help technology brands earn the public's trust.

I help technology brands earn the public's trust.

I've loved tech for as long as I can remember.

Throughout my life, I've seen tech's potential to do tremendous good. I've watched it build businesses, bring order to chaos, and make everyday life better for billions of people. I've also seen how the same systems can do harm, when they're managed or sold irresponsibly.

That dichotomy is what pulled me toward marketing: it's the discipline that decides how the public meets new technology, giving the profession an incredible amount of responsibility.

I began learning, and didn't stop.

I studied Business Operations and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin, where I learned how companies create value and how marketing compounds it.

Since then I've led social at Talimer, trailblazed the GTM for Filot, and kept growing. I keep learning by attending industry events like Builders & Backers, where I learned what problems today's hardware builders are solving, and by diving into the ethical questions where marketing meets art, technology, and philosophy.

Robotics & Hardware: The Next Great Chasm.

Geoffrey Moore's Crossing the Chasm describes the gap between early adopters, who love new technology, and the mainstream majority, who need proof it's safe and worth it.

Consumer robotics and agentic hardware are standing at that gap right now. The pragmatists they need to win over are wary of AI, and that wariness is preventing widespread adoption.

Action & Marketing: The Great Bridge

Performance benchmarks and friendly mascots will not close that gap. People trust companies whose actions show they share the public's interests.

These concerns can only be truly healed with consistent action demonstrating a shared interest in the mutual benefit between businesses and the public.

  • Slate Auto's flagship vehicle saw 10,000 verified presales within the first few hours of going live, fueled by excitement over it's consumer-friendly design and customizability.

  • Valve's uncompromising commitment to an affordable and accessible marketplace has granted them 70-75% market share of the PC digital game distribution market.

  • Framework Computer's sustainable-consumer-electronics ecosystem brings in roughly $20M in ARR, having only raised through Series A1.

That's where I see marketing's job: helping companies act in ways worth trusting, then communicating those actions honestly and consistently. Action without storytelling goes unnoticed, and storytelling without action is just spin. Together they're the bridge across the chasm to a safer future.

I'm ready to start building that bridge.
